No! You do not need to be home, as long as we have access to your mailbox. If you re getting a locking mailbox, we will need to coordinate when and where to drop off the keys.

No. Please check your mail prior to your appointment. to ensure your mailbox is empty, and expedite the install time

If you have a use for your old mailbox, feel free to keep it. However, we are more than happy to offer removal and disposal as part of our service. Just ask about this when requesting a quote.

No problem! Please add the gate code to the notes on your order, or respond to our confirmation email with the gate code before your appt. date.
